- Plan, analyze, design and implement technical solutions.

Qualifications / Skills
- CCIE certification (written and lab).
- B.Sc. degree in an Engineering discipline with 5+ years in the telecommunications, information technology and/or systems integration industries.
- In-depth understanding of complex routing protocols, complex networks and IPSEC.
- High-level expertise in the CISCO IOS and Command Line Interface.
- Intimate knowledge of CISCO hardware and hardware configurations (interfaces, AIM modules, etc.)
- Engineering and design knowledge at IP layer to absorb and understand new technical requirements and map those requirements to an implementation migration strategy.
- Well educated and intimate knowledge of layer one (physical) and layer two (data link) layer three (network) transmission technologies such as frame relay, ATM, IP, serial tdm DS1 and DS3, PPP, MLPPP, etc.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good customer communications and interface skills.
- Works well under pressure in an operational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Job Description
- Responsible for the administration and design of LAN infrastructure.
- Assist in project management as directed & allocate resources for
various projects in a support capacity and develops schedules/timelines.
- Provide maintenance and support of LAN equipment.
- Configure, install, maintain and upgrade network operating systems.
- Provide technical support to the end user community and to other members of
the PC Support Department as well as assist in software and/or hardware
rollouts.
- Travel to all branches and offices, to work early mornings, nights and
weekends as necessary.
- Provide support for all Windows operating systems and can effectively
communicate with users and staff of all skill levels.
- Participate in tactical and strategic planning including vendor/product
